Poor service, average boring food, dirty laminated menus, dirty toilets, a hive for kids on a Friday night. Service staff unintrested and rude.

Dined on Friday last week, food and service was okay, pretty good for pub food. I am rating a one star as I asked to speak to a manager, which never came over, however on visiting the bathroom I saw him standing around inside, he was pulling some strange faces (acted irratic) and seemed either drunk or possibly high, my partner observed similar behavior. No wonder he didn’t come over to the table as requested.
Will return at some point again
The rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating however.

Food was brilliant. Cannot fault!! Service and appalling Management attitude tainted experience so I won’t be back.
I had half price sushi special!! Thoroughly enjoyed my 10 sushi rolls – To the extent that I ordered a second portion of another 8. Unfortunately I wasn’t clock watching and ordered just after 6 and I wasn’t told that systems change automatically after 6. Got charged full price. Management on the offensive, quite rudely said it was my responsibility to check if special was still on not for the waiter to tell me. The whole experience could have been managed differently… but no problem… there are many other restaurants more deserving of clients… do not support bad service!!

Friendly people, non pretentious set up, and true Kalahari atmosphere. Definitely try the 500g T Bone

We were extremely disappointed when trying to order supper at Kuruman Badgers Grill. A menu was presented to us……only to find that nearly none of the options were available. I eventually had to fetch my own drink from my vehicle as I no zero sugar drinks was available. We had to go to Spur to have a meal……not acceptable! Really worried about breakfast tomorrow morning, will there even be anything to eat?
